If your selected apps are not being blocked, first check that Mute has the permissions it needs.
On iPhone, Mute uses Apple’s Screen Time technology to block selected apps. If Screen Time access is not allowed, app blocking won’t work.
Please check:
- Screen Time access is enabled.
- You selected at least one app or category to mute.
- Your Mute session has started.
- You tapped your phone to Zephy successfully.
- The app you’re trying to block is included in your selected list.
If everything looks correct but the app still isn’t blocked, try closing and reopening Mute, then start a new session.
