NFC is not working

Zephy uses NFC to connect with your phone.

If NFC doesn’t seem to work, try the following:

  1. Make sure your phone supports NFC.
  1. Check that NFC is turned on in your phone settings.
  1. Remove thick or metal phone cases.
  1. Hold the top of your phone close to Zephy.
  1. Move your phone slowly until it detects the device.
  1. Restart your phone and try again.

On iPhone, NFC usually works automatically when the phone is unlocked.

On Android, you may need to turn NFC on manually in settings.
