If your phone doesn’t detect Zephy right away, try these steps:
- Make sure your phone is unlocked.
- Hold the top of your phone close to Zephy.
- Move your phone slowly around the surface of Zephy.
- Keep it there for a few seconds.
- Try again without a thick phone case, if you use one.
Most phones read NFC near the top of the device, so placement matters.
If Zephy still isn’t connecting, check that NFC is enabled on your phone. Some Android devices require NFC to be turned on manually in settings.
