Your selected apps will be blocked instantly.
That’s the ritual: tap to focus, then come back when you mean it.
During a session, the apps you selected will stay muted. This helps create a real boundary between you and the apps that usually pull your attention away.
When you’re ready to return, tap your phone to Zephy again.
Your apps will come back exactly where you left them.
