How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact our support team with:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used at checkout;
  • a short note about why you’d like to return your Zephy.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and send you the next steps.

Please don’t send your Zephy back before contacting us first. This helps us make sure your return is processed correctly.
